Depending on whether you are inland or outland, you need to apply for privacy of information or freedom for information. If you are inland you can request your GCSM notes under privacy act. Otherwise you can request your GCSM notes under freedom of information act for outland.in all instances you do it online on the main cic website.the inland one under privacy act is free and it takes 30 days to received your notes. This would give you details analysis of your application
Unfortunately, GCMS notes are always deliberately delayed, so you can only see what had happened up to a month before you receive them. In all honesty, for a "normal" application, they are not that useful.

If you applied outland and just received SA you're still have some waiting to do as the real processing hasn't begun. Ordering your GCMS notes would be a waste of time.
They're really not in most cases though - especially at the beginning of an application. This is an outland application where SA was just received so there really won't be much content in them. They haven't even started really processing the app yet.
