CIC received my regular application for PR renewal on March 31,and as per the status online, CIC started processing on April 17, 2014
So far, no any update...

June 18th update shows "Working on applications received up to March 22, 2014"
I think they don't give correct information online.

I applied in early april with URGENT processing. I had travel tickets and everything. Still under "being processed".
call center told me my application was sent to SYDNEY for additional verification which might take 2 more MONTHS

I think it's because the number of stamps in my passport (a lot really..), but I have more than enough days. my current card now expired.
This is keeping me from traveling internationally comfortably which I do once or twice every month.

Applied on April 7, PR card process start on April 29. The card is sent to me on June 27, it is received on July 3. About 90 days. Good luck everyone.

Give CIC a call to find out if your application is processed urgently. Mine was not, I had to resubmitted my travel information again.

It is complicated. This one mixed with my last status. However, the latest update on there is we processed your application on April 29.

Hi Eurmione, so you mean currently the status is still IP, not DM or Completed, right?

My application was for urgent processing. Current status is "Complete", and if I click on it, the last update is " start process on July 3". Hope this helps.

they received my application on apr 3rd, but I just called and learned it was sent to the local office in London, Ontario for additional verification.
I am extremely confident I have the dates, but this is very disheartening as I have to travel frequently.

Does anybody have experience with these "referred to local office" ? what should i expect :-[

Actually I applied on 30 May 2014 still there is no any status showing online.
Now I have an urgency and I have booked my flights for the end of September and Need PR Cards
before that.

I was reading online that you can not send an e-mail and provide the itinerary unless your case starts showing that it is in process

please help
