Hi all.
I received my CoPR vial email on April 12, 2021 (CEC inland). But my EE profile is still at “Submitted” status, with only medical exam passed on Feb 4, 2021. I sent my photo vial regular mail to Etobicoke office on April 14, 2021 (confirmed by Canada post tracking). I have not received my PR card yet until now. And I cannot link my PR card application as well. I sent multiple emails/webforms, but no reply or generic responses only. I know they are processing PR card for April May now, but I do not know what happened to my situation. I was able to use my CoPR to apply new SIN and such, but do not know why the application is still at “Submitted”. I am not sure what to do. Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks!
