I HAVE RECEIVED MY FILE NO. FROM VISA OFFICE (NEW DELHI )ON JUNE 18,2010. MY APPLICATION STATUS IS SHOWING "RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE" AFTER 3 MONTHES THERE IS NO CHANGES , WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? WAIT OR I SHOULD WRITE TO THE VISA OFFICE ABOUT MY STATUS?

Its normal. it takes 90-120 days to get medical request. So accordingly by end of October you can expect something!!!

Try to communicate with VO as minimum as you can. I would suggest that you should wait. Keep on checking your e-cas when it turns to "In Process" , VO will start working on your file. Though ND is being very fast in recent months, but again it is not same for everyone.
I had also sent my supporting documents on 30th May and received 2nd AOR on 8 june. From then still I have "Received By visa office", are u able to change your status and find out the medical request?
