Hopefully a PPR, Direct streams supposed to be faster in processing times, so I guess it's not a rejection and you will get PPR soon, probably within a day.

I heard that its only for non sds that medical updated before bvl is a good sign...is it true for sds tooo?????

if it was a rejection you probably would have gotten the resusal letter by now. Abu Dhabi is taking some time to send PPR after bvl for some reason so dont worry

I applied through SDS and a complete application on 24th August, from Pakistan also.
My medical got updated and eligibility started on 4th January nothing since then

I also called ircc a couple of months ago and got to know that my application was being processed at ottawa. But I received bvl from abudhabi.
