I sent mine through TCS, and it reached there perfectly. CHC Islamabad is a well known address to TCS. They deliver directly to CHC not to P.O. Box, but do write the complete P.O Box address.
On the wedding photograph, I send only one, and the origianl nikah Nama along with notarized translation.
You dont need do send Original Educational Documents,just the Notarized Photocopies of them.In my case I am not at all sending any of of my Original Educational Certficate.

Can you please tell me the exact text of the Letter you have recieved...... From your above post it seems that despite of receiving approval from Nova Scotia,our case is again re-evaluated in terms of Point Grid,is that so?
Imran - my understanding is that NS doesn't check points carefully and when the application reaches visa office, they will check for the proof of the points as well as the ministerial instructions.
