My dear friends, I have just recieved AOR from CHC Islamabad after 3 weeks.I can now possibly say that those applicants who submitted full-application with CHC Islambad should wait for 3 to 4 weeks to get AOR.
Excellent News. Did you received anything else, like medical request, passport request etc. I am asking this because someone from India received the medial and passport along with the AOR.
I will be sending my Full Application to CHC,Islamabad tomorrow,I need some urgene guidance:
1>I have got my Transcript in University Sealed envelope,now should I send it with the rest of my documents or should I send I send it separately? They have stamped at every possible joint of that envelope,I wanna send it with my application for safety reasons
2> Should I ask my Bank Manager to stamp every page of my Bank statement? and should I get copy of this Bank statement Notarised?
3>Should I send 6 month Bank statement or can I send 3 month Bank statement too?
4>Do we have to send the amiling labels with this Application too?
5>Should I notarise the Photocopy of Letter recieved from Nova Scotia?
6>Do we have send any fees with this Application or we just have to attach the receipt of Fee we recieve from Nova Scotia?
Kindly respond to these queries,i WILL BE REALLY REALLY GRATEFUL
Dear domingo, I did not receive any Passport of Medical Request.I have just got a letter from them whic states that I have met the minimum requirements( minimum funds and one-year of continuous employment in my chosen NOC) to qualify and its now been processed further.Hope this helps.
Imran, you must send an original bank statment or letter duly signed or issued by Bank Manager for safety reasons.If submitting BS, it should be showing minimm of last 3 months balanceAlso,there is no need to notarize a copy of your letter received from NS,SYden.Further to your inquiry, You do not need any mailing lables neither to include any new fees as well.
University Sealed Envelope means transcripts put in Univeriy Envelope and selaed with its flag with university's stamp on it.
You should download an APpendix A list for Islambad Office from www.cic.gc.ca, where you will get the exact number of photographs needed with its full description.You must read this document to get a full idea of exact documents which must accopmany your application However, for your information only you must submit 4 photographs of each applicant inculded in applicatiion with a size 35*45.
A letter from Bank is enough,however,submitting 6 month bank statment is fine too.
Yes, you must send original educational credentials of all qualifications, regardless of their completion
You dont need do send Original Educational Documents,just the Notarized Photocopies of them.In my case I am not at all sending any of of my Original Educational Certficate.

Can you please tell me the exact text of the Letter you have recieved...... From your above post it seems that despite of receiving approval from Nova Scotia,our case is again re-evaluated in terms of Point Grid,is that so?

One last query,how did you send your Application to CHC Islamabad? Since Fedex or TCS dont deliver at P.O Box what did you do? let me know the addresss to which application is sent !
