Received AOR but does not specify Visa Office

Hi,

Applied Permanent Residency under CEC from outside Canada and got AOR from CIO-Nova Scotia.
But AOR does not specify to which visa office application is forwarded.
I assume it is CPC- Ottawa? or it is New Delhi since I have applied from India and mention Visa office as New Delhi in application.

Please advise as I am planning to send PCC as I haven't attached with application.
