Received a Positive LMO.How to apply for work permit

Hello All,

I received a positive LMO for 2 years as a business operations and accounts manager.

Background:

I have been working in this position for past 9 months on a PG work permit.
It expires in Feb 2013.My employer for an LMO and received one. We did it through a lawyer.
I dont want to hire a lawyer for applying for a work permit now.
Can any one advise me if i need one and if not How can i apply for one.
What all documents should i submit.
