Can someone tell me if a positive LMO for permanent residency is different from an LMO for federal skilled worker?
Would you be able to extend a work permit with a positive LMO temporarily through the federal skilled workers program and with the same LMO apply for permanent residency at a later date?
I notice that you send away an application for a positive LMO to your local Service Canada for the FSW and New Brunswick for a permanent residency.
LMO for Permanet Residency is under Provincial Nominee Program of the province that nominate you. This a letter from the province informing you that you can apply a workpermit and a PR .
There is no LMO under Federal Skilled Worker, maybe you mean just an LMO.
