Got it extended. My reapplication got rejected, but then I got a email saying My initial PGWP application’s status changed. I look into it, and it was approved New WP issued, now I have total 3 years of WP. Seems like, webform was enough.
Could you please call me 6474469738, i need your help

I have a similar situation. Any cases where you received an approval of reconsideration through webform?
I did not get any update via webforms. However, they reconsidered my second application. IF there is no response on webform, apply again with a lawyer.

I will post my timeline so it can guide few people.

I received 1year PGWP because only one graduation letter was uploaded with the application (technical issue). I raised multiple webforms, submitted all the required documents and even called IRCC. One agent (ircc) advised me to send in webforms to get this resolved. But, some other day, another agent (ircc) told me that the officer has taken a decision based on the documents I submitted with my original application and there will not be any change, since appropriate amount of WP is issued depending on the documents submitted.

I reached out to the MP (Member of Parliament) for my area and asked them for any help. They contacted IRCC on my behalf but were also told that extension is only possible in one scenario i.e. Applicant's passport was expiring and that is the only way an PGWP can be extended.

As all options were exhausted, I reached out to a RCIC lawyer and reapplied with an explanation letter listing my reasons to reapply. In a month, I was approved for a 3 year PGWP.

Hi Sameer, how did you re apply? Is it any specific page or you started a new PGWP application? I appreciate you can explain me how did you do

Connect with a Lawyer and explain him the situation. The lawyer will advise you to file a new application. In the new application, the lawyer is going to enter all documents which includes your VISA STAMPS, PERMITS, GRADUATION LETTER, TRANSCRIPTS for both the courses. The lawyer is going to add an explanation letter as well.

Honestly, you can do it on your own. I felt I could do it on my own. As , my lawyer was charging me $500 + the fees for the application ($350). So, it is better to go with a professional as they would know all the minute details to avoid any errors in the new application.
