Receive BOWP out of Canada ?

Hi,

I have recently submitted my PR application but have not received AOR yet. My project is going to over in September'13 end and I will be going back to my home country at this month end itself. Since my work permit is expiring in Nov'13, I am planning to apply for BOWP.

Although I am leaving Canada this month end but want to submit my BOWP application before leaving Canada, I think that should be fine as I read couple of post which says they have received their BOWP without receiving AOR ? And if I apply and give my home country address details, would BOWP will be delivered to me abroad or I have to give any Canadian address.

To be eligible for a bridging open WP, the following parameters must be met:

• The foreign national is currently in Canada;
• They have valid status on a WP that is due to expire within 4 months;
• They have received a positive eligibility decision on their PR application under one of the Economic Class programs above; and
• They have made application for an open WP.

Point one, the foreign national is currently IN Canada. If I was you, I would stay in Canada until the BOWP is approved.
