Hello friends
I have 1 more doubt.
My husband did his master's degree in Canada and bachelor's in India
As we got ITA under cec
So planning to upload master's degree certificate and transcripts to prove his post secondary education.
Do we need to upload his bachelor's degree too?
Because he didn't do any ECA for bachelor's degree.
Just claimed points for his master's degree.
Is uploading master's degree is sufficient?
I am filling schedule-A form and have a question regarding Personal History-Status in Country:
What should I fill here for the duration when my WP application refused and lived there for 4 days before returning my home country ?
Also my degree is bilingual (half in native language and half in English) this should be ok and no affidavit required, right?
Implied status (waiting for the outcome on extension application when the original permit has expired) but will it be the same implied status even after the decision is made and before leaving the country, please suggest.
My experience certificate issued 8 years ago and it and no salary and NOC code. I tried to contact my employer to get new certificate. However, my reporting officer is retired and new officer does not now me. I cannot connect the retired officer. Would it be OK to submit old letter with LOE, offer letter and leaving order?
What if I am not removing it from work history and submit the application with the reference letter I have (no salary and work hours details)? Is it considered as risk?

If you do that then there will be no place to upload your letter (as it wont generate a place holder). You'll have to upload it into another place holder that the officer COULD confuse for another document and reject your application.
Either do it right or don't do it. If you REALLY want to submit it as is then leave it in you WE history, submit as is and explain in LoE that although it doesn't have all the required information you're not claiming points for that JOB so YOU thought it would be ok to submit without the working hours.
I've just realized that there is a typo in my spouse info. Her birthday is not the correct one. Would it be a reason for refusal?
I've applied through Express Entry - CEC.
Should I update her info using the CSE?
My IELTS expiry date was Jan 21st, 2017 and I submitted my application on Jan 14, 2017. I got a rejection letter today saying my IELTS result is more than 2 years old. I thought it doesn't matter if you submit the application before the expiry date.
