Reasons for Rejection

it was already rejected when I was submitting my express entry application. but I was not aware of because they do not communicate through email or any online tool. I called them today and came to know.

now what should I do, please guide me

Is not Mon Projet an online application and that was how applicants were submitting their application during last year?

Hi Senior members,

My initial Work Permit was approved based on LMO application for NOC code 2171, then the subsequent extension was approved through ICT (current WP) for NOC code 2173.

Dec, 2010 to Jul, 2012 - LMO based WP, NOC code 2171
Aug, 2012 to till date - ICT WP, NOC code 2173

Which of these categories does <> job fall under for my first WP (NOC code 2171)? WP & LMIA or WP & LMIA not required.

If i understood your question correctly, ICT based work permit is the one that does not require LMIA

I did my Medical exam on 8 Nov, 2016 as i got ITA 2 Nov. However my application has been cancelled as incomplete. Now im waiting to be invited again. If i got ITA again in Feb. DO I NEED TO TAKE MEDICAL AGAIN?

Hii... After how many days or months your application was cancelled as incomplete ? I am allmost sure you dont need to do medical again as it is valid for 12 months.. But still you can confirmed with seniors... Thanx...

Yes all fees have been paid. IRCC call center agent informed it was due to mssing obe PCC but it was actually uploaded.

May I please ask u when did u submitted your PR application? This is just because I need to find out how long does CIC take to change the medical status or start doing the background check.

Guys, I am the principal applicant and I have a doubt regarding my wife's experience letter. In the express entry profile, I have mentioned her job, now I have received ITA on 11th Jan and in the post-ITA application, I am asked to upload her letter of experience, which I cant get one.

Many people out here has recommend to remove this experience in the application in-order to escape uploading this letter as it makes no difference on my points. I have checked my express entry profile to remove this experience but I am not allowed.

I have 2 question:
1. Can I remove this experience from the application though?
2. Would not the information provided in the express entry profile and application differ?

U mean they didn't consider it? Or there was a network problem caused the pcc not to be uploaded on CIC's side?

You cannot make any change once you submit your application. So you can either withdraw and reapply, send that employment letter or "try" to request a change in your submitted application.
