Reasons for Rejection

I had submitted my PP front and back but i did not scanned and uploaded the stamp pages. Is it necessary or no ?
Will they ask me for it again ?

Well it asks for the stampped pages specifically. In theory, they won't know you have stamps unless you sent them off, but it's an unnessary risk.

No in profile updation they ask if you have previously visited any country If yes then where and why . I mentioned there but i did not knew I had to scan those too ?

In the bit where it asks you to upload passport it says bio pages and stampped pages.

As I said, they don't know for sure that there are any stamps in your passport unless you declare them. I don't think it will lead to a reject however if for any reason they ask to see your passport they may ask why you didn't show them. It's also good to upload stamps as it verifies your travels.

This makes me very nervous. I included the bio page and the Visa stamped pages of all countries I visited. I even included a list of the countries I visited and the travel duration for countries where my passport was not stamped.

I wish they request for it as I missed them by mistake.

You could still send those through a case specific inquiry. CIC has changed this a few times since the start of express entry. There has been a phase when the instruction specifically asked only for bio data pages and every one who got PR during that time frame never submitted any stamps.

But before and after that time frame, it was asked for in the instructions, so sending via CSE should be the right thing to do.
