See for 4 months we travelled around Asia in between moving from NZ to UK. We didn't have a residential address. Our belongings were on a boat... Really not sure what to put for those three months!

Note: This includes the requirement to provide a police certificate for countries in which the individual has traveled for six months or more, whether or not the individual had an established residential address during this time.
If anything it will be a UK address and UK police checks aren't address or time specific. They are just "this person has never committed anything in the UK ever". I'm guessing I'll end up writing my friends "landing" address where we stayed for a few weeks before moving to our home. Of course I'll mention all the other countries in travel history. I'll just explain in loe the situation.

But mate how long do you think it will take to change from eligibility check in progress to background check in progress.neither have they asked me about schedule 4 a as I am a provincial nominee

the address section (contact details) is different from the personal info/travels section.
in your case you should put the parents' address as your address during that trip
for EX: I frequented many countries as part of my work while my wife & kid stayed in my "home" as it's our place of residence, some trips even extended for a month, will that month considered as a change of address? of course not! nobody "lives" in a hotel

I didnt really want to come go to CA just yet, so I on purpose only submitted the ECA and not the certificates.... :-\ I made a mistake, that is all... We are 3 people in the app and we have about 40 docs to upload. Was a stupid oversight
