Just wanted to let everybody know that I finally got my PPR approval and passport request.
I almost got rejected because of NOC duties (saw it in my GCMS and posted about it in January) and with some of your suggestions I submitted new letters and some further detailed info, and it has definitely worked.
Congrats! Getting your GCMS notes really saved your application after waiting so long with no updates and got you the approval you absolutely deserved. I'm happy for you Godspeed with all future endeavours.

I have a question. My wife completed her master in India and at the time of creating EE entry profile I satted her education as Master and got ITA. I applied an recd AOR as well. But, WES evaluate her master as Bachelore degree. Can it lead to rejection of my application . Please advise.
Problem 1: You would have also mentioned a certificate number for Masters, which wont be complete - Misrepresentation
Problem 2: You have mentioned Masters and Not Bachelors - Misrepresentation
>>>>Essentially you have claimed 10 points where you should have claimed 0 (at that point of time)
You points would go down by 2 for spouse's Bachelors. Are you still getting the ITA? If Yes, your best bet is probably to explain them or even reject the ITA (if possible) so as not to create a bigger hole for you. Don't think there would be a lot of suggestions on this as people do not try such antics.
My bigger question is why would you even do such a thing? Aren't the instructions very clear on this?
And yes, I am in the same boat as you, I would have probably got a nomination if WES had already finished their assessment of my spouse's credentials (which BTW are listed on their website) But as it was under process I did not claim a single point for this. I mean why create unnecessary troubles?
thanks man,
in your opinion, verification of reference letters comes eligibility check or BG? further for the GCMS which of the 02 links is better or any of them can be used?

Glad to help. In my opinion I think verification of reference letters comes under eligibility check which starts at CIO & then reviewed at your LVO. I personally think BG check is all security related.
For the links, both take you to exactly same place - the official GCMS link, so yes any can be used. Remember you have to be physically present in Canada or have someone in Canada request the notes for you from the links you posted.
I'm not sure what PCC issue you're having but chances of rejection is low generally for all categories, it all depends on the case officer in charge of your application & not the category you filed under.
Have you ordered your GCMS notes and see what's going on with your application? Sometimes no updates doesn't mean they're not doing stuff to your case.
