Not sure what really happened there. Its so disappointing. After all that hard work and making sure everything complies, one simple miss and back to square one! wish they could just hold the application and ask for the additional doc.

This is bad! I'm very sorry about your rejection! Since you have all the other documents, apply for your UK PCC ASAP - this time directly from UK. I suggest you not to lose focus here.
I got rejected today as well as they did not accept the UK police certificate that I have uploaded. I had a Canadian company organizing this for me (the same company who runs all the back checks for my old employer) but apparently they want one from the UK directly.
Very upsetting that they don't give you the chance to correct that but at least you can re-enter the pool...
My application was rejected last night for the reason I did not uploaded the true copy of my Marriage certificate. I only uploaded the notarized copy of it thinking the original was in Urdu so it won't be any useful. In past I always uploaded the notarized copy never the original and still my application was approved for work permit but not this time.
So I got a rejection just now on the basis of missing document. I had provided them a police certificate for Pakistan, the only country i have lived in. However, the certificate mentioned my current address (i shifted to in 2013 after marriage). Thinking this shouldnt be a problem since the country is same I didnt get a separate certificate from the area where i lived earlier, same city same country.
Oh..Very sad to hear that. Initially I was planning to get one PCC for spouse but then I manged to get 2 PPC's. One from the address before marriage (Birth till 2013) and other for current address from marriage till date. Hope it will work. Going to submit e-APR tomorrow.
Next thing in my mind is that I lived in 2 cities in Pakistan for job but my address never changed and I got only 1 PCC from my hometown. Will it be okay? Anyone please advise.
Regarding digital photograph, in E-APR it is mentioned that frame size should be 35mm X 45 mm. What does that mean for a digital photograph?
I am uploading photograph having dimensions 2018 x 2465 and file size 672 Kb. I am not sure whether frame size limit is applicable for digital photographs.
Also, there is another 5445eb which say that photo should be 50mm x 70 mm. It has some requirements for Name, DOB and address of photogrpah. Does it apply to digital photograph for e-APR. Please advise.

Hi was just reading about the rejection on pcc basis and just shocked. Please help me check out if this may also apply to me. My spouse's residential address is A and it's mentioned in her passport, however after marriage she moved to my house - address B. But I have just checked in her pcc it's mentioned that she, who's residing in address A is 'clean'. The city has been the same for both of us during all our lives. Can this mke an issue that her certificate does not mention our common address B??? :-\ though there is no timeline on it
I am surprised that PCC are issued with the current address on it.
I have got my Indian PCC although I reside in Canada. But it does not have any Indian Address mentioned. It just says my name and my passport number.
Also, my Fiance who is currently residing in India got her PCC but it does not have any current residential address mentioned.
Is it that the few countries mention the current address due to which application are getting rejected, if the applicant changes his/her address from the one mentioned on PCC?
