In physical report first page (cover letter) has a bar code and other pages have WES logo (WES in an oval and with the text - "World Education Services Canda") , which is kind of a stamp/image, on the bottom right. This stamp is not present in e-report.

I simply entered the WES report number in the appropriate field. Didn't upload a copy of WES nor the IELTS result. It isn't asked anywhere. According to my GCMS notes, the R10 check is completed - the notes specifically say the WES result as well as IELTS were verified with the appropriate websites.
So my point is - there isn't an need to upload the WES result nor IELTS.
You are absolutely right as per CIC there is no need for these...but the cumulative intelligence of this forum off late seems to suggest that although CIC may not have instructed and don't even have a separate placeholder for their uploads but they nevertheless expect it (not sure why is it so).
Good that your case was successful and they verified them independently without you uploading it.

However, I still don't understand if you are not uploading the ECA papers in the attachments, how are you providing the ref. numbers then? As far as I noticed there isn't any place in the application to mention it..
