Umm, obviously you havent heardof this: the ones whose cases got rejected due to medical exam, their cases were reopened about one month after they filed CSE. Which means this was nothing more than a mistake of CIC....
Yes...spreading desinformation here...
i had to do adittional exams and test, but only the ones CIC asked me after submission..
and as Miumiu said, it was canceled because of their mistake. All of us who got canceled were reopened again
PS. I was meant to qoute shibaak here, Miumiu is right
I think every one already knows this but.. DM before your medical tests are passed = rejection. DM after Meds and In Process status, i think you are through! (For the most part)

Thank you for the reply. MY DM is after Med test pass and ECAS in process which took around 4 months and 1 week. I have been waiting after DM for 2 weeks now without any information about the DM itself.
Min points till to date is 450. As far as I know there was no ITA issued for less than 400 points and rejection should come after ITA and AOR.
So NO ITA - NO Rejection
Guys i came to canada in 2012 as a student. I applied for the september batch and i lodged my study permit application in july of 2012. I was working at a place since june 11 and i asked them to write me a letter stating that i worked there since then so i could attach it to my study permit file. On the study visa file my exp was until june but i actually worked until the end of july.
So i have had this question for a while. Would it be misrepresentation because in my pr application i did ryt i worked until july 2012. When I applied for my off campus my pgwp and study permit extension, I did mention abt the job but i never care to remember what month did i put there. I am just kinda worried. Bcz i never really thought the exp could come handy down the line. So what do u say guys ? Should i worry abt it ?
Why should you? If you disclosed this information on your application, you should have no problem whatsoever! If CIC will want more clarification on the matter, they will request Schedule A. If you closely follow the forum, there are plenty of guys who had different kinds of refusals in the past (PR, WP, Visa), but still got their PR no problem.
Yes to what mrazzak said. Without an ITA, there will be no application, hence no so-called rejection, and the EE profile stays in the pool, valid for one year since the day of its creation. Then you need to enter the pool again.
Hi asivad and others
My online application is completed to submit but just came to know that cic accepts WES with IMM number only.
My WES contain only ref number and i got it in 2014 july.
Please suggest me what i can do.
Some one told just apply online for duplicate copy of it and it will take only one day. And new reports contain IMM numbers also. It costs only $ 33.

That's not possible. Your WES ECA report will have this ID (provided you did an ECA specifically for CIC purpose). Usually, its your reference number suffixed with IMM.

I passed my medicals today.
I am the main applicant and in my medicals, the categories for me were EDE Family-EDE.
My husband who is the dependent was Non-EDE Worker.
But we passed which means: only the tests that are taken is important and they should be exactly what they want for PR applications. The categories do not matter. That person who was rejected for medicals wasn't rejected because of the category. s/he was rejected because she had other tests as well. They want their own tests and only thos ones. nothing extra.
As I was scared to death fro the posts, I thought maybe it is a good idea to inform others.
Yes, that's an issue, IMO. You should have given the ECA number exactly as mentioned on the report. You can edit your profile and re-transmit. Good luck!
