Hi there,

My partner has dual British and German citizenship and is trying to renew his British passport. UK passport office has delayed his application because his names do not match (his German passport is hyphened with both his mom's and dad's last name). While we are figuring out what to do, I was wondering if it possible for him to reapply for a SOWP, which ends in October, using his German passport instead? He is waiting for his PR through spousal sponsorship inland.
