Hi All,
I enquired about the status of my application from the embassy and got the response as under;

''This is to confirm all the requested documents were received by this office and ur application is in the final stages of processing.You will be contacted as soon as possible and as appropriate regarding the next step''.

This was after medicals done in April and pp submitted in May.
I am so anxious,does this mean I have been granted the Visa?
Can it be refused at this stage?

Kindly share ur insights.

I think your application will go through. You will definitely be issued the visa soon. Where did you submit your application anyway?

patience you are almost there. As long as there was nothing wrong with your medicals you probably will get the visa. goodluck

i applied from Nairobi office in year 2005 and yes I have already handed in my passport.
My medicals were super.

JKM,i landed in toronto but am back in nigeria,i only stayed for a month.i hope to back in canada next year.u can check my previous msges on the forum.cheers
