Re-medical Pls help

We have been asked to do Re-medical because the first upfront expired. In our gckey, we passed the second medical last February and at the same time our Background check went to In Process and its been like this for 5 weeks now. My questions:

Are we getting closer to the end of the process? How long we have to wait for DM/PPR after Re-medical?
