Hello Friends,
Here I have something serious.. My DM was 8th May. I haven't received PPR yet
Any idea what could be the reason? I'm worried :'( I see NDVO is giving PPR soon after DM. Then what could be wrong with my case?
Please suggest...
Thanks!!

Yes my spouse is not supporting me in this matter....initially he was okay, now he is not. Seems like Canada will remain a dream for me now...anyways thank you for the response !!
If I am not wrong, you need to carry the entire amount irrespective of the duration of your stay in Canada.
Even if you want to leave the same day you land, you still need the entire amount with you. Hope this helps.
Guys,
I have received an email from VFS stating that your passport has been dispatched from Canada Visa office.
How long it will take to ready for collection ?
That's true...If u get ur Visa and COPR, then get married before landing, you should ideally inform the VO immediately...otherwise if u land in Canada as a single applicant not having declared ur (now-) spouse, this is misrepresentation which can cause a serious problem down the road...I rembr reading such an experience where an applicant disclosed his changed circumstances only at the port of entry, was denied landing and had to turn back...
The correct sequence would be (in case ur marriage is further down the road) to get ur Visa, do ur landing then get married then apply for ur wife under family class- inland/ outland...
Or the other sequence would be inform the VO (in case ur marriage is upcoming shortly) in which case ur file would be put-on-hold until u get married, and send over the spouse docs so that both ur applications would be processed simultaneously so that both of u get ur PRs together...(And yes, you can add ur spouse even after getting ur COPR but in that case, the VO will instruct u not to land in Canada until ur spouse's PR visa is granted)
Yes that is exactly what would happen. If you land with undeclared family members you will be denied, or if it is discovered later, you could be deported, and you will not be able to sponsor those family members later.
My spouse is main applicant and we are filling up 'Generic Form' to add me as a dependent. Under the personal details for the dependent it is asked in the Question 2 "Have you ever used any other name (e.g.Nickname, maiden name, alias etc.)". I (dependent) changed my name to add surname. Now all of my educational documents show my first name but passport (as it was made after name change) shows the full name with surname.
Should we check 'Yes' in the question?
If yes, then do we need to write only given name in the place of 'given name' and leave the 'surname' space empty or write 'NA' in 'surname' place?
What to select in Question 12 "Dependent Type"?
i just want to have your opinion on my case. i applied for the FSW on MAY 2014. I got the MR on 3/3/2015. after that i did not hear from them. my VO is Bucharest. can you guys share your thoughts about what is happening in my case. i know some people who applied after me with the same VO and they got PPR recently.
your thoughts are really helpful.

I want it to translate my PCC and sent the a copy to the translator.
I could not send the original as he is in other city and he is the only one certified,,
He wrote: The translation is provided in reliance to the client’s advice that the
attached copy of the Arabic document is a true copy of the original without any
responsibility on the translator as to the content of the Arabic document.
