I went to panchsheel, it is decent with free valet parking but if you are with kids, the weekend can be a pain as lot of students pour in and they handle all countries in a very small hall. They provide you a phone appointment but time does not matter there and it is FCFS so try to be there sharp at 10AM. They ask you to change clothes but does not seem to be a mandatory affair - people avoiding it can jump queues easily. Get BP checked in advanced a few times (best when you are feeling exhausted after a long day of stress) as that can call for another few tests and mostly more time waste.

I recommend all 33+ must get the following done any ways

1) CBC - complete blood count - once an year
2) sugar fasting - once an year
3) lipid profile - repeat every 6 months if the numbers are an issue
4) BP check - repeat every month if more than 140/90 even once else 6 months (ECG once an year if BP is not doing good)
5) kidney and liver function tests once an year

Medcenter would do a blood, urine and a chest X-ray accompanied with a consultation.

High BP ppl may get to do serum cratainine and ECG with a cardio consultation

Hi Guys,
Got MR, PCC and landing fees email.
Thank you all and God for your grace.

I have a query regarding PCC.
I lived in UK for 3 years and obtained PCC from UK last year. Do I need to get a new one or that will work.

Also worked at 2 locations in India beyond my permanent address. ShouLd i get PCC from each state.
Although my consultant mentioned to UK one which i already received and new from my hometown address.
Kindly suggest
