By god grace my furtherance test of Pleural effusion came Negative.PP Gave me a OK report for no sign of TB.
Now my question is how long it shall take to get 3rd line updated n ECAS ,Also is there still chance of any delay.

As per my suggestion you must continue your kid study in school, as all of us know that PER means 90% acceptance of application but still you have not received any SLU and MR... Your application may take time in processing ,, min 3 to max 5-6 months.. So better continue kid school until you get PPR ..
None of the school will stop TC... but as per school rule you must pay all year fees... This rule in unlawful but its india... sab kuch chalta hai..

One of my friend who applied for FSW 2014 have a query with regards to his process:
he applied in October and received PER in DEC and MR/PCC request 2 weeks ago. His wife is pregnant and she couldnt go through X-ray test, and the hospital where they did the medical stated in the letter with regards to his wifes pregnancy. His question is "will LVO put his visa on hold or they will proceed with visa issuance?"
1) If they issue visa, he is planning to go to Toronto and his wife will deliver baby there, so his baby automatically becomes canadian citizen.
2) If LVO put his visa on hold, when the process will restart?
3) If his wife delivers baby in India then how will he add his baby into his application if the visa is not issued? If visa is issued, then will his baby become permanent resident automatically or he will have to sponsor the child?
4) If they make landing as soon as the visa is issued and come back to India and deliver the baby, will the baby becomes permanent resident or they have to sponsor him?

If your friend's wife has not completed x-ray, the file will definitely go on hold as medicals would stay incomplete till the x-ray is done and approved. The process will then resume once the baby is born. Your friend will have to inform the VO about baby's birth and provide required documents like DOB certificate, passport. He will then receive MR for the baby and rest of the process will follow.

Should I get it paid through my friend's credit card, but that will put his name on receipt. Will that create any problem? Any experience like this, anyone. Pls guide...[/size]
