However, there may be a new list then and/or rule changes. 3152 may not be on the list. There can't be a guarantee that there will even BE a list or FSW1, so really not much you can do but get your documents in order and then see if you are eligible once July 1st 2012 comes round.

As mentioned by our respected Cappuccino, there is no guarantee what will be in the new list or there will be a list anymore. The present list has been there for last two years and in case new list comes out it is expected to change. I feel occupations like nursing will stay even if there is a new list. There is a great demand for nurses.

Hi Wayne, i havent received my paper work from immigration when i applied last week. Do i have to apply online this year? please suggest how to apply...thx
just confused should i appear for IELTS and apply for pcc uk now or after noc announcement . Ielts may be valid for 2 yr but pcc only for 3 months . so kind of confused situation right now . plz suggest should i prepare rest documents . :-\
There is no harm in taking IELTS and a bit of pre planning is good. Dont worry abot PCC right now, you can send it later on. Gather all other relevant documents so that you can shoot your application as soon as the new instructions come up. Your success also depends on your NOC being included in the new occupations in demand.
For all you guys who will be applying in July 2012. From my personal experience, these are few things that you should be ready with.
1. Get your IELTS now (in case if you have a less band, you can re take the test for a higher score)
2. Start working on your papers like education certificates, marksheets, birth certificates, marriage certificate (get the copies attested by the Notary republic, translate them if needed)
3. And when finally new NOC list is announced, then get your experience letters.
Police certicate can be done at 3 stage or later but it is always recommended to send everything together.
