I've noticed that very very few Outland applicants have received PPR this month.
Is this a usual trend that sometimes a certain set of applicants get PPR say sometimes only CEC or say only Outland be it CEC or FSW or PNP etc.

I fear but this is the true fact indeed. Somehow, the security/background check of outland applicants consumes much longer time than inland's.

So, I am not aware of the stage wise process after submitting the electronic application for permanent residence.

Most of the outlands who got PPR at an early stage, before 6 months mark, are FSWP/CEC.

27 Aug - AOR
15 Sep - BG in IP (BG remains In Process until now)
22 Sep - RCMP & Schedule A Request
07 Oct - Medical Passed
20 Oct - Ghost Email (No Updates in MYCIC, but things happened in the background according to my GCMS Notes below)

• "Eligibility" Passed
• "Criminality" Passed (No A36/38)
• "Security" Passed (No A35/37)

15 Dec - PPR

I applied through Agent .. from BC - OutLand on FTWP Basis with Positive LMIA ,
ITA Received on 26 July. 2016
AOR Received on 2nd Aug. 2016
MEdical Passed on 23 Sep. 2016
Background Check Started on 13 Oct. 2016
Golden Email Received on 15th Dec. 2016 , Passport Submitted 15th Dec. 2016 but Today i Got anther Email that stated your Immigration File is still under Review and they ask me to ignore the Letter & Email of PPR i Received on 15th Dec. 2016.

Now i am very Confused that if it was a mistake by system or something happend later on and they start review again. ?????

My Agent Says , Nothing to worry. But i am Confused that the Embassy of Canad in Riyadh will Return my Passports or they keep until finishing of decision. please help me if anybody face such situation.
