I had a request for the information regarding USA visa rejection
I had 4 times USA visa rejection.

1. If you served in the military, there's a separate form to be filled.
2. It depends on the reason your visa was rejected.

They sent me a request letter for the military service form. I believe they requested it because I did not indicate that it was a mandatory military service. (or was not detailed enough)

I will copy and paste the part of the letter;

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Case Status:
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following document:
- The enclosed Details of Military Service form

You must upload the requested information using your MyCIC account within 7 days from the date of
this letter.

If you are experiencing problems uploading files through your MyCIC account, you can send a copy of
your form to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca.

If you are sending your information by email, please reply directly to this message and put your
application number in the title.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your application will be assessed on the basis of the
information currently on file and your application may be refused.

You must include a complete military history; including reserve service, volunteer service, participation in militias and/or paramilitary groups. If more space is required please attach additional pages. Please do not use abbreviations or acronyms.
