My interpretation is the LMIA comes with a new offer even if you were working with your company before. Why did you need a LMIA? Is your LMIA for PR only on for PR and work permit? Have you applied for a new work permit based on this LMIA? The answers to the these questions may help clarify.
Thanks for your reply so which date should I have to put in the job offer because I started working them on august 31,2015 and I got positive lmia on September 8,2016. Please advise and thanks for your help.
If your LMIA is to support PR only it is better to date the job offer before or around the LMIA application date, it is because for this category the employer must identify the employee in the LMIA application. It is better to submit the same job offer that your employer submitted to ESDC with the LMIA application.

We updated our profile for CASE SPECIFIC INQUIRY to include the job offer that I received. How will I know if my application is being updated with these changes?
I was wondering if there is any impact on the AOR recipients due to the upcoming changes effective from 19th November. Especially the LMIA based AOR cases. Any idea ?

Looks like June AOR's are moving fast.
Hopefully, that means two months for us but then we have the holidays in December.
January should be a good month for some of us at least
