RCMP question... please help asap

Hello Seniors, I applied my application with RCMP finger print letters in Aug 2009 and i received IA today asking to require RCMP clearances. Does that mean do i need to submit my fingerprints again ?

I submitted my finger prints at this office http://www.policecheck.com/Ontario.html in Toronto and they sent it to Ottawa and after one week i received letter from RCMP-Ottawa with my picture and finger prints, with that original letter applied my CEC application in Aug 2009. Will this process is correct ? If so why they asked again ?

You didn't use the approved companies for RCMP criminal records checks. Please read: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2009/ob116.asp which list the 3 companies that you can use.

Hi PMM, thanks for your information. Actually i misunderstood my IA letter. I have sent details of IA to you as personal message. I am not able to post my details into this post, may be because of huge data..
