I’m not sure, cuz my agency did it. He told me an email was sent to them, and he uploaded the receipt & the RCMP email to IRCC for now.

Hey @Aneep Kumar were you able to get in touch with rcmp/CCRTIS? Also did you get your rcmp clearance yet? Anyone else who submitted their prints on May 4th or 5th get theirs back?

yes. they gave me 21 days extension. and asked to upload explanation if need more extension

So when you uploaded the LOE, they extended it the same day? Or did you request an extension via a webform few days back?

Wow that's a first, I've never heard of anyone who contacted ircc and got a reply in less than 24 hours. I asked for an extension through webform and mycic since May 12th and nothing till date
