If there is draw tomorrow 440 is pretty much on cards. However I have a strong feeling of draw getting extended to Friday or next week because of long weekend in Canada. Just a thought.

Long weekend has nothing to do with it. That basis may sound like if they're "too tired to do work". IRCC would never give an explanation to why they skip or have skipped draws sadly to say, but let's hope that there's a draw for goodness sake.

This is so sad. They have learned a lot from last year.
No back to back draws. Skipping draws. Ontario not issuing too many HCP invitations. Whoever got in last year very goog for them.
