How strong is your hope? I believe at one point, the cut off will drop below 440. Although today's drop is so small but a positive one at least. It will still happen for everyone.

Good that cut-off decreased by at least 1 point. But was really hoping that draw size would be 4000 and even if cut-off is 440, tie-break will be in May/June 2018!

Yeah I too was very strong about 4000 this time. I have submitted my profile on 1st Feb. I don't understand what is destined for me. I was so close

So close... i created on june 24, with 440

What is your ielts score? If your score is not clb 10 in all the components, definetely try again

50k ITAs issued, only 30k left

I'm trying to understand how we say only 30k is left, when 51k is issued.

Last year, total ITAs were 86,023. IRCC said there will be 10% increase this year. Assuming that it proportionately increases the issued ITAs, lets say 10% 0f 86023 + 86023 = 94625 ITAs

So don't we have 94625 - 51000 = 43,625 ITAs ?

Even if we take last year target, 71700 & this year target 74900 and do a proportion against actual ITAs issued last year, I get 89,832 ITAs. So still we have close to 40k ITAs left.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

71700 is not the target ITA. Its the target number of admissions from IRCC. This increased by 4% for this year to 74900.

When target admissions is 71700, ITAs issued were 86023.
When target admissions is 74900, the ITAs which we can expect will be close to 90k.

You are lacking only in reading.. if you score 8 in reading, you will get 3 more crs points

That will be great let's see as there are lot of difference as compared to last year..... CRS score, Pool Size, they learned from last year even OINP PNP.... No ICT draw till now as compared to last year ..... More ITAs means ROH for lower CRS.......
