Looks like OINP is targeting people who are french speakers/ inland applicants that already have job offers. When will we get HCP NOIs?

Ya, OINP started sending NOIs for those are in ICT, CRS<400 and work full time in ONTARIO.
Did anyone else received NOI here ? 2 people reported that they received.....

Yes, I saw an agent in one of my chatting group saying two of their clients received HCP invitation, 407 and 416. What I doubted is she said they don't have LMIA but put "yes" to job offer question. I know this is a old question and the most of answers I searched is to put "no" if an individual does not have LMIA. However, her previous clients who got invitations in March (the draw of HCP targeted with job offer) have already received 600 points and they (406 and 431) do not have LMIA either. So I just changed the question in my application and hope to get some luck

Currently 439 [364 to 386 to 402 to 439. Room to increase 3 points in writing, but have no desire to sit IELTS 5th time given I was able to get W-7 on my 4th attempt only and my writing is OK also].
Was hoping to get ITA before I loose points due to age, but that does not seem plausible given the CRS trend now.

YOu have to do something , there is no way that score is coming down to 432 this year. A realistic CRS is now 439 for the next draw.

Sad thing is I created my profile at the end of Feb 2018 only because I was unaware that profile creation date matters. Had degree equivalency and 1st ielts result in Sep 2017, but waited till points reached 439 to create profile. This is going to bite me bad should it ever come to tie breaking rule.

YOu have to do something , there is no way that score is coming down to 432 this year. A realistic CRS is now 439 for the next draw.

I was sure I had to sit a 3rd time because I really thought I messed up on Listening and Writing. HOWEVER, I got L 8.5, R 9, S 8.5, W 7.5 so I'll be able to bump my score up to 441 now!

Wow you just missed oinp then, had you created a couple weeks before you would have got in the oinp feb 23rd draw.

Ah, even with 2 degrees and a masters - Age is really pulling you down eh? I really hope they discover a workaround.
