I would say.. take Celpip/Ielts again.
I was at 438 for 3 months too..
After all the drama... I took again and cracked it perfectly.
@463 now. waiting for the draw.
Hi guys/ ladies,
I wanted to share with you the following:
A person mentioned in another thread that he recently received a NOI. It seems to me that it is a case under HCP- Targeted French Speaking, because his English is the one stronger compared to his French (CLB6). So, it is not a FSSW case (which requires minimum CLB 7 in French). His profile was created on July and the NOC is related to ICT.
My impressions are: 1- Maybe they are considering profiles created after April 1 (mine was created on April 20). 2- They are issuing under HCP targeted (either NOC or French). 3- OINP is active but they aren´t updating their web page.
So, people with CRS under 436, could be advisable if they recreate their profile (if the current one is older than April). People with CRS higher have this tie-breaking rule to consider, since they are so close to the CRS of the last round and it is something risky to do (recreate).

That's true. that's where the whole grass being greener on the other side comes from I guess lol.
Well, in any case, I hope a lot of 440s get cleared in tomorrow's draw making way for 439s and 438s. Good Luck to all
Let’s have a wager. Just for fun. We could all use some distraction.
I say the cut-off will be 441 with a deadline somewhere after the second week of July 2018 (after the first IELTS result on 13 July). Only a handful of people won’t get ITAs at 441. Say, 15-25 people. There will be PNP invitations that will keep the score at 441.
