Most people in USA live in a bubble that America is the greatest country on this planet, completely unaware from the fact that there are many other countries that offer far better facilities and opportunities. This perception is changing fast and gaining momentum with the arrival of orange baboon in the white house. Being in USA on a visa is nothing but a modern day slavery.

USA is a paradise for IT crowd in terms of salary. You hardly get half salary in Canada.

My prediction is based on few considerations and trends of last few draws. However, I hope it’s as low as possible so that most of us can fulfill their Canada dream.

IRCC is acting way too different from what they did last year, if they were willing to take candidates of 413s, why are they keeping the cut offs above 440s this year?

i know that he is pushing immigrants towards Canada, shouldn't Canada use it as a advantage to take more people with talents rather than wait and keep people hang and dry?

They are taking enough people to meet their targets. They will increase the number of ITAs issued whenever they need more people to meet their target. CIC has no control over the number of people applying with high scores.

I have come up with the prediction for the 95th draw.

If it happens today (Jul 25) with:
3750 ITAs - CRS 441
4000 ITAs - CRS 440
4250 ITAs - CRS 440

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than the predicted ITA count:
