2. Another query--- My wife's personal details on EE has her mother's maiden name and also her passport and IELTS TRF has the same name. We have applied for a re-issue of passport(for address change, name change, and spouse name addition) which has already been dispatched. So should I update the EE profile for her using the updated passport names? Since her IELTS has her name as per her old passport. Or just a LOE with one and same name affidavit after ITA would suffice.

LOE with affidavit will be the way to go. Make sure your APR post ITA has a valid passport not a cancelled one.

Not completely out of reach. OINP invitation criteria is not public. Your NOC and local demand play a major role. They have nominated only 50% of people under HCP category from 2018 quota. So there is a good chance that people in 435-441 will receive NOI once they start reissuing it.

Too much hope and sadness in here!! There isnt going to be any three week draw. There wont be a draw today. The next draw will not have a sky rocketting CRS like 450 something!! Ray of reality??
