I am so happy! 2nd attempt for the wife at IELTS after the 1st one in May. We got the results back yesterday and our score is 462! Anxiously awaiting the next draw now...

Sorry to disappoint you, but there is no chance that CRS would come to 429 this year. It looks like it won't even come to 439.

OINP HCP is your best bet. All the best

Oh no ;( ...I’ve tried the half of this year to get my CRS increased from 423 to 439, and then I thought it should be a chance for it. I guess now it’s the time to be serious with my speaking test 2 hrs later and the writing test next Saturday >.<

439 isn't totally out of reach still you should max out your score in every possible way and be on a safer side.

What are the advantages of Job Bank? Each of us have to register with the site to ensure full completion of EE. My question is , if an employer sends you an invitation to apply; what impact would it have on your EE profile. Was anyone successful with Job Bank before getting an ITA?
Scenario:
Employer invites to apply >>>>> you apply to job posting >>>>>> interview using Skype >>>>>>> = -/+ results.
What is the next step?
Is this under ESDC program?
Is it LMIA exempt scenario?

Thanks Nikhil. I do not have any other changes in my profile. Only writing score improved by 1 point and speaking by 0.5. These scores helped me a lot. rest all, like experience, work history, studies are same.

Has anyone considered or presented money held in spouse account as POF? If yes, please advise the best way to make it legitimate.

This account is not held jointly but solely by my spouse. What all do I need to get to ensure IRCC is okay with this.

Finally, I'll get ITA today. I got Nova Scotia nomination yesterday. I am on 1022. I am so happy. It has been a tough journey on 422. So grateful to GOD for the additional 600points that came yesterday.

Job Bank, simply put, is useless. This is one of the reasons IRCC made it not to have a mandatory active account in the Job Bank website for EE purpose!
