Hello, even I am having a similar issue.
I used to work with my cutrent employer on full time basis but in shifts..Later after 2 years I switched to another part time job but continued working with current employer on part time basis that way I have 3 full years of experience..I was paid by cash all these years and also I am exempted from paying taxes therefore I don't have any proof like IT returns etc though my employer has mentioned everything required by CEC on the experience letter. He has also mentioned in the letter that they can contact him for any enquiries.Would that be enough?
I think many people from around the world cal them and ask them things which they only answe if you are in canada. most of these people say that they are in canada i presume that is how they get answerrs i think
Although I am not fully aware of your scenario what I understand from your post is you have given some false information to the agent. Not sure why you did that and how much information given by you is put into the system by that agent, however if they do discover they will most certainly either question you or refuse your application.
IMO seek a professional advice from an agency or a lawyer.

But i havent even filed my EE application. That was just a call to get the reason why my application packet was returned in 2014 . As you know he was asking a contact number and address in canada and he asked if i was in canada, i thought if i would say no he would not tell me the reason why my application was returned. So i said yes but then i hung up . Now i am not sure how agents take info and how much that will have an impact on my future application for EE. What do u think ?
Thanks for sharing the link. According to their announcement they only invite the candidates who have STRONG TIES with Alberta. My question is what this STRONG TIES is implying? For example,
1- Is this AINP EE stream only for those who have studied or worked in Alberta?
2- What about having a sibling there? Can it be regarded as a STRONG TIE?
Regarding the current trend in ITA, I feel hopeless because I'm at 420's and it's quite unlikely that I receive a direct ITA with that crs. Therefore, I've been struggling to find any other possible solution.
