One strange thing is I noticed that there are 317 profiles at 600+ on 8th June. We had the PNP draw on May 30 with cut-off of 902 (meaning original CRS 302), so I would have assumed all/most PNPs in pool would have been cleared. Was there so many provincial nominations between May 30 and June 8?

His question was specific to people with scores of 600+ and you do not get a score above 600 with the scenarios you mentioned. What you said is not correct in that context.
Well, I have learn a couple of things these last days:
First of all, try to improve your score... it will be always the better way, until you have maximized it keep trying. So, don´t think it twice about retaking a test... 2, 3, 4, "x" times.
Second, don´t wait... never wait. It is ok to have hope about the CRS dropping below 440 but instead of only waiting and watching, try other options, like French lessons, masters, etc etc. The sooner you start the better.
New IELTS, new work ex, new education etc cannot take one's score beyond 600, as these are all within the original 600 points scale. Only provincial nomination can make score 600+

Yeah, my answer is not really relevant to your question. I shouldn't have quoted you, but I think you do know the answer before posting your question right? With LMIA is out of the picture, only PNP nominations could easily grant applicatn with 600 points. So yes.

There is no surprise there at all.
If app. 1/3 of all PNP programs uses EE, then they need to invite app. 500 ITA biweekly to get there. So that one is correct and will stay there.
