Submitted my profile yesterday. Had to withdraw the application from last two draws because of some confusion. Now waiting for the draw and hoping everything is right in my application.
My father's name is Harpal Singh in my birth certificate as well as in my passport, but it is mentioned as initials ( H P Singh) in my all educational documents including 10th 12th and Graduation.
Can someone please advise on how to handle this during PR application. It is difficult to get it changed in the educational docs now as WES is already done.
I believe father name on edu docs shud not impact but to be on safer side, get affidavit "one and same person" describing 2 different names of same person. Also, explain the situation in LOE. Nothing to worry. Best of luck

No, just the normal express entry draw. It's usually every second Wednesday, but sometimes there's only a week in between, and sometimes there's three. Last draw was last Wednesday, so there's a little chance for a draw today

I am married and my wife is also applying for the Student visa (Canada). So, confusion was whether to applying as married but accompanying or married but not accompanying. I had sufficient score in both of the cases so just wanted to be sure before going in the draw.

Yeah, she applied for Masters in Canada. Let's just say that we got to know about the whole PR process after she got the acceptance letter from the university. So, we are applying for both i.e. student visa for her and PR for both of us. PR will take time so this.

Well, that's what I've observed. Only one hasn't been on a Wednesday, and that seemed to be because of upcoming holidays. But other forum members, please correct me if I'm wrong.
