I have come up with the prediction for the 87th draw.

If it happens today (Apr 11) with:
3000 ITAs - CRS 445
3250 ITAs - CRS 444
3500 ITAs - CRS 443

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 3 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than the predicted ITA count:

Just calculated the average time, and it's 13:57 UTC, with the latest being 17:57 UTC (15th of November 2017), and looking at the numbers it varies quite a bit from 12:00 UTC to 17:54 UTC, with most being between 12:00 and 14:00, but some (2 out of 10 draws) being later.

Good work. Another thing is the publish time in their website. We see time for the draw happening but they dont always publish the result in the website instantly. Sometimes it shows up many hours later.

Good work. Another thing is the publish time in their website. We see time for the draw happening but they dont always publish the result in the website instantly. Sometimes it shows up many hours later.

News is that CIC officials' favorite pass time on Wednesdays is going through RoH thread and having loads of fun it seems!

If there is going to be a draw, requesting everyone to avoid questions like the below and let others have some peace of mind.

• It is already 5.30 AM in Canada.. why the draw hasn't happened yet?
• At what time it will happen?
• My CRS is 483. Will I be able to get an ITA?
• It is already 18 mins after they announced the CRS cut-off. But I still have not received the ITA. Is this normal??
