I would recommend you to take the test or any other possible way to increase your CRS. Considering the CRS trend this year, I doubt it would drop below 430 in next 2-3 months. BTW, no one has predicted the mind of CIC but if you have an option to increase your CRS, please go ahead and do it. I'm in the same boat, striving towards improving my CRS. Good luck ahead and best wishes for your efforts.

Sorry.. But this prediction business is simply waste of time.. Because no one can predict what CIC is going to do.. I was told that I would be getting my ITA by last November, then jan2018 then march.. now here I am still waiting at 432, I may or may not get direct ITA ever.. So my suggestion is If you have time, give the test again and improve the score.

Have you completed NEBOSH IGC?
I am not sure if NEBOSH IGC can be assessed for Educational credentials. As per the CIC website "An ECA is used to check that your completed foreign educational credential is valid and equal to a completed post-secondary education credential of at least one year in Canada".

Since NEBOSH IGC is an internationally accepted certification, I do not think it can be considered equivalent to some post-secondary education credential of at least one year in Canada. I haven't come across any college or university that offers Safety courses similar to that offered by NEBOSH for IGC.

This is purely based on my personal assessment. let me know in case you get some info on the same. I am also a NEBOSH IGC certificate holder.
