They do the draw in the morning but post the results online later in the day

I am not sure where the draw happens, but most of eastern Canada is either on GMT-3 or GMT-4 (EDT) time zone.
Ottawa / Toronto - Eastern Daylight Time UTC/GMT-4
Halifax - Atlantic Daylight Time UTC/GMT-3
