I have observed that OINP issued NOIs in the last two rounds to candidate with a CRS almost similar to what the cut off is for the direct ITAs.
I have also observed that MNP have issued LAAs to candidates with scores well above the CRS cut for direct ITA. I believe the last draw that was done saw candidates with CRS of 560 being issued with LAA's.
Here is what is mind boggling.....Why would a candidate go PNP rather than direct ITA since you have greater flexibility in terms of your ability to choose a particular province for settlement should you accept a direct ITA? Additionally, If the CRS cut off for direct ITA is the same as, or in some instances less than, the CRS for provinces that inviting candidates to apply isnt this an anomaly?
It doesn't make sense to me....can the seniors shed some light?
Well the fact is if anything gets too popular its bound to get difficult to get as the demand increases but still lets keep our hopes alive !
I read few pages and saw people stating of being offered NOI's by Ontario on Feb. 5th although there is no official confirmation of the same? Is it so?
I resubmitted my profile on Jan. 26 with 435 points for Ontario but didn't yet received anything. My NOC code is 2171 i believe which is the one for Information System Analysts.
Are there good chances of receiving an NOI with this code?

1. MPN score is different from CRS.
2. OINP is inviting scores slightly less than previous EE draw and some additional internal criteria which no one knows.
PS. when you said MPN i'm assuming you are saying about Manitoba PNP
