Yup and the pool will be over flooded with high scores which s what cic wants. Just think from their side.

Mostly confirmed that there's no draw or we'd have known by now. First time only two draws on a 3 month Wednesday?

I posted something related to this in October and I was chastised in the forum. See My post below:

"No draw today guys due to the pool size. A birdie who works at CIC told me that the pool size has to have a minimum amount of applicants for a draw to take place. He also says the minimum CRS score cut off point will increase to greater 440 until some point in the 2nd quarter next year."

A quick recap to put your above post in context: a few minutes after you posted that on October 18th, there was a draw published and score was 436. You said there will be no draw that day according to a "source" you have within CIC said the score will be greater than 440 until 2018, and your "source" was wrong on both counts

Moreover, after the draw (that you had predicted wouldn't happen as per your CIC source) you made another post citing your secret "source" within CIC:

"I read the text from my source incorrectly. After reading it again it said that there would be a draw today but later in the morning. It also went on to say CRS will steadily come down and will never be <450 ever again and that it will come down to the low 400s sometime in the first quarter of next year. "

1.5 months after your post there was a draw on Dec 6th with with score 452 which your "CIC source" said will never happen again.
