i am new to the forum. sitting at 439 with fingers crossed.
in April i will loose 5 points related to age factor.
do we have chance of CRS going to 439?
what happens if i get ITA but not PR before my next birthday in April?
all help appreciated, thanks in advance.
Yes, you might get an ITA in the next 3-4 draws!
When you submit all your documents the points that you've claimed should remain, or at least that's what I know.
It's your call!
At 438 you might get an ITA in the next 4-5 draws! So i would suggest you wait.
Moreover recreating your profile does not guarantee you an NOI. 438 is a good score buddy, check if you have room to improve your score.

Hi..i have crs 430 and noc 2173..i created my express entry profile on 27dec 2017...should i recreate my profile now,so that its considered by ontario in case they drop the score to 430? Pls advice.
Yes, if you are expecting to receive an NOI and eligible for Ontario PNP then you must recreate your profile as they are only issuing NOIs to folks who created profile after Jan 1st.

Hi all, I had a question on the employment section while filling the EE profile
I joined an organization in Feb - 2010 . My designation was Assistant System Engineer- Trainee.
The Designation changed to Assistant System Engineer in Feb 2011- As i completed one year.
The designation changed again to System Engineer in Feb 2012- As i completed one more year.
However, throughout the duration my NOC was 2174 and there has been no change in my roles and responsibilities.
Question 1: Should i highlight 3 different experiences/designations in my EE profile?
Question 2: Should the reference letter from my employer contain all three designations and duration?
Question 3: I have a reference letter from my employer highlighting start date, end date, my roles and responsibilities and designation when i left the organization. Will this be sufficient?

1) Yes
2) Yes
3) Yes, but designation should be as #2
However, in my EE profile and e-APR, I only have one entry for my tenure in the company (I have 2 designations since I joined). I put my current designation. I can say, it worked for me since I already passed the Eligibility.
Check the websites of the provinces of your interest. If you are really keen going through the PNP route, check the PNP threads in this forum to learn more. I did that, sometimes I didn’t sleep just to wait for possible opening of the streams of the provinces, e.g. SINP, Nova Scotia and Quebec.
Unless CIC hikes the number of ITAs being issued in each draw OR have 1 week gap draws with the same number of ITAs (2750), with the current average intake there is no chance for the cut off to reach 420 with 2750 ITA every 2 weeks as there is too much of intake at higher CRS ranges.
If you have CRS 400 or above, you can recreate your profile if you are eligible for OINP as they pick directly from the EE pool. If CRS below 400, you can check for other PNP's. I am not aware of the other PNPs. You can check the PNP section of the forum for more info: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i.../provincial-nomination-program-immigration.6/
Is that the same with your IELTS score too? I am sitting at 443 with my IELTS expiring in March. If I receive the ITA in March, then my IELTS will have expired when I submit my documents. Will they accept the IELTS score which has already expired but which was valid when the Express Entry profile was created?
