Before June2017, only people with CRS >400 can dream of applying to Ontario. After that, they opened registration for ICT workers.
Before December18,2017, They informed that their quotas are filled and they will nominate the pending application in early 2018. After which, they alleged they increased their nomination allocation and started to approve applications lately.

What can we infer from this is that, CIC or OINP is really unpredictable. They may throw some pleasant surprises and some nasty ones.
One can only speculate, they will initiate again in sending NOI's targeting specific NOC's. Stay in hope, they will.

3rd January scores will not dip below 440 ...Even if 3000 ITA's are issued , the scores would be around 441

I disagree, the number entering the pool between now and January 3 will help the CRS to fall below 440.
Between the last draw and January 3, no ECA will be issued 3 out of the 10 working days. It is normal to anticipate lower number of people entering the pool within that period.

Hey, may I ask why you ECAed both Bachelor's and Master's degree? Wouldn't ECA of master's degree give you more point?

WES did not recognize my Masters as a result I had to get the same ECAed from IQAS.

Hi , Can anyone pls confirm , if we can show our PF statement in Proof of Funds ? Coz it says the funds should be readily available to you , whereas the PF money is not readily available , After I quit my job and apply for withdrawal of PF , only then I will get it .

The money needs to be readily available to you for settlement in Canada. So you can show PF as valid proof of funds. Attach an LoE stating that the rules allow immigrants from the country to withdraw complete balance of PF. A friend followed the procedure.

WES did not recognize my Masters as a result I had to get the same ECAed from IQAS.

Did IQAS recognize your masters?.also, from which country did you earn your master's degree?
I am experiencing same issues for my Indian master's.

We raised an enquiry for the reason of our application cancelled by CIC. But today received a mail states that your application has been updated . When we open the account nothing changed . Please advise or help

Cse will take a while to be answered better mail them for instant reply.
My application was cancelled and within minutes I got a message in my account about the reason.
Please keep checking your account for any messages at the same time mail cic Ottawa explaining the condition and asking them for the reason. Don't panic it will surely be resolved soon and hopefully it is mainly due to completeness as your file was rejected before meds passed. Fraudulent or any other reason would be after few checks, so most probably it is due to incompleteness, but specific reason will only be known when you get your file specific info from cic.
All the best. Get back to the pool once you get to know the reason and when you are sure you will be able to get the required docs.

Hi Friends,

People are speculating about drawing numbers to remain above 440 for the next couple of draws as people beyond 440 are in great numbers and before any further points drop they need to be flushed out of the pool first.

Is it a possibility? How many people might be above 440 right now and how many can add in till the end of December? Any idea?

As per 18th dec status and 20th draw , there are only 3593 people in the pool with >=440.

I did my MBA from Sikkim Manipal Univ which was recognized by IQAS. WES doesn’t offer ECA for the same.

I am working for an apparel manufacturing company where we develop denim jeans and upon ordering requests of buyer we make bulk order and after the raw materials gets in housed we start the mass production and ship it to the buyer. Basically, I have to take care for both the 1225 purchasing duties and also the 6222 product development and supplementary duties. However, I have seen 1225 is related to different niche that is far from denim jeans production. So, I chose 6222, do you think it will be okay if I select 6222 or it can be risky ? Actually although we are doing B2B business, we are working on behalf of the company who is taking care of the B2C business end, as a result of this my duties do get mote aligned with the 6222 title. That's the main reason I am not cent percent sure about whether I should go with 6222 or 1225.

Anyway, I hope you can weigh the above matters and give me a final suggestion whether 6222 or 1225 should be best for me ? thanks
