If there is a draw next week instead of today, no.of candidates in the the pool would be high therefore the cut-off score would be over 440. Just a guess.
Thanks for your responses! I'm definitely starting to feel better- however, what happens if I don't get the ITA before January 12, 2017? then I have an expired visa and SIN and have no evidence that I have applied for permanent residency yet- won't that mean that they can no longer employee me? That's what I am worried about!
No. Past rejections have no impact on applying for permanent residency. In your case, your work experience was insufficient, as long as they didn't charge you with misrepresenting the facts in anyway, you will be fine. It's better to check with an immigration lawyer though. With your Crs score, you would realistically get an ITA in the April or May 2018 so you have plenty of time.
Such a disappointment of not having a draw yesterday. Since October 17 we have had only 2 FSW draws with only 4750 ITA issued in almost 7 weeks till next Wednesday. That makes me think unless they issue more than 3000 ITAs I expect the CRS to be over 450 in the next draw as we have had 2 IELTS result in last 2 weeks
There was one occurrence on Friday in my experience .. Anyways 4 draws have already taken place in Nov .. it was unlikely for it to happen on for the rest of Nov ..
